Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo security and integrity.
- Maintain accurate daily logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELD) in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management.
- Uphold our high standards of safety and customer service at all times.
- Keep the cab and cargo area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MVR).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (or equivalent training).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance.
