Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in strict accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all freight is properly secured for safe transit.
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and daily log entries using ELD systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and mechanical safety of the vehicle.
- Navigate efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients at each stop.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and insurable status.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
