Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate FMCSA compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo with precision and adhere to all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status and schedules
- Maintain clean driving record with zero preventable accidents
- Participate in mandatory safety training and equipment certification programs
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license (Class A preferred) with Hazmat endorsement
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and electronic logging devices
- Strong navigation skills using GPS and route planning software
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb equipment safely
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
