Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
