Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for regional and long-haul routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and load verification
- Document delivery status and handle customer interactions professionally
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Ohio/Indiana/Michigan highway systems
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training provided)
