Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes
- Load/unload freight with proper handling procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure timely delivery of freight across Georgia
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Atlanta metro area and Southeast routes
- Strong safety record and compliance awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning start times
