Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain compliance logs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to meet tight delivery schedules
- Handle hazardous materials and specialized cargo with precision
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients on shipment status
- Participate in monthly safety training and certification updates
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screening
- Knowledge of Arizona highway systems and regional routes
- Experience with refrigerated/hazardous materials preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
