Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) on regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper equipment usage
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage time-sensitive schedules while maintaining route optimization
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with regional routes
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
