Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo security and integrity.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and all necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
