Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/trailers) for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (e-truck compatible)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Transport diverse freight including dry van and refrigerated loads
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Flexibility for overnight travel and variable schedules
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain hazmat certification (if required)
