Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across Illinois and regional routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal safety standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of Illinois roadways and DOT regulations
- Ability to pass mandatory background checks and drug screenings
