Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and local traffic laws
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Document delivery details and maintain electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Hazmat materials (H endorsement preferred)
- Basic knowledge of route navigation and GPS systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
