Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) for regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Collaborate with dispatch for timely route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Arizona/Mexico border crossing procedures (if applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills (GPS and traditional maps)
- Commercial driving endorsements (Hazmat/Tank preferred)
