Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) over designated routes
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips for compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Load/unload freight safely using proper equipment
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes or delays
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overtime
