Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while adhering to DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through proactive maintenance scheduling
- Uphold 100% compliance with safety policies and FMCSA standards
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass federal background check and random drug screenings
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work flexible schedules
- Knowledge of Indiana roadways and weather protocols
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
