Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across California
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Handle documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Maintain clean driving record and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California highway regulations and route planning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
