Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods per DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to delivery schedules and route optimization
- Maintain clean driving record and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (required)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
