Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding driving conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (Preferred for immediate hire, but entry-level training available).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
