Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and heavy vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Fulfill customer service duties, including handling billing and receipts.
- Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road.
