Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (flatbeds, reefers, dry vans) for regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance
- Load/unload cargo with precision using provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Complete deliveries on time in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Texas roadways and border crossings
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
