Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch/clients
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain electronic logs (ELD)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic forklift certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of El Paso and Southwest regional routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
