Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and compliance documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations, HOS protocols, and company safety standards
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb into trailer beds
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro area and mountain corridors
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training provided)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
