Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently and accurately using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and daily driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD).
