Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in a professional manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure handling of freight.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Pass a comprehensive background and drug screen check.
- Strong knowledge of road maps and delivery areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during loading/unloading.
