Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and GPS tracking protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- 1+ year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of cargo securement rules
- Flexibility for early morning starts and weekend shifts
