Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Philadelphia metro area routes
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement procedures
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be 21+ years old
