Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients via telematics
- Report maintenance issues and road hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficient in GPS navigation and electronic logging
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible schedules
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided)
- Strong knowledge of desert terrain navigation
