Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) across designated routes
- Complete meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining optimal route efficiency
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization and real-time tracking
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logging (ELD)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
