Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles within the greater Seattle area
- Deliver freight to commercial and residential locations on schedule
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route status and delays
- Maintain clean driving record and represent company professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Seattle metro roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
