Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight on regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage delivery documentation and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent Express Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metro area and regional routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
