Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) for local/short-haul routes
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logs
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
