Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (53ft trailers)
- Deliver freight to distribution centers on strict timelines
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Adhere to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- 2+ years OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Louisville metro routes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Twic card preferred
