Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Load and unload cargo safely, securing loads properly to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR, ELD) and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and cargo status.
- Uphold company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (depending on role).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Experience with flatbed, dry van, or tanker preferred.
