Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to transport goods across Texas and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations, DOT compliance, and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems for timely deliveries
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Represent our company with professionalism during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Southwest regional roadways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX
