Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) in the Cleveland metro area
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight at various locations
- Represent the company with professionalism and safety-first mindset
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of recent commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland-area roadways and traffic patterns
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional weekend shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
