Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods within Albuquerque and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance with DOT regulations
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure safety and functionality
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Adapt to changing delivery priorities and route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Knowledge of Albuquerque metro area and regional highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
