Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry vans, reefers, or flatbeds) within Charlotte metro area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete timely deliveries and pickups with accurate documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of recent commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Charlotte area routes preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
