Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes (WA, OR, ID)
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Deliver freight on time with zero preventable incidents
- Assist in training new drivers when qualified
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- 1+ year of regional driving experience preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington/Idaho/Oregon routes
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- No preventable accidents in the past 2 years
