Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight on multi-state routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with GPS routing and real-time communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient load planning and on-time delivery
- Document trip reports and handle necessary paperwork for freight verification
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area and Texas highway systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
