Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for regional and local routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight to diverse locations including warehouses, distribution centers, and job sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and time management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Washington state roadways and regulations
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
