Responsibilities
- Operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to transport freight across the Pacific Northwest region
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules and traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all trips and cargo
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Uphold strict safety standards and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Pacific Northwest terrain
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
