Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for freight delivery across Texas and regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time delivery
- Handle hazardous materials endorsements (A) and refrigerated freight (B) as assigned
- Represent our company with professionalism during client interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in Texas
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (A) or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility for overnight routes and weekend shifts as needed
