Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adapt to changing schedules and routes using GPS navigation systems
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for efficient load management
- Uphall all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong understanding of cargo securement techniques
- Flexibility for overnight travel and weekend shifts
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
