Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across Colorado and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while representing our brand
- Assist in freight handling when necessary to ensure secure loading
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logging devices
- Strong knowledge of Colorado terrain and mountain driving techniques
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical loading tasks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 50 miles of Colorado Springs
