Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining excellent customer communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and load optimization
- Assist in unloading shipments when required at customer facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hazmat compliance
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
