Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Verify and inspect cargo for damage or discrepancies upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (DVIR) and comply with all FMCSA regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and clients at delivery points.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT Medical Card and negative DOT Drug Screen.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to loading.
- Availability for flexible schedules and weekend work if required.
