Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and legally in accordance with FMCSR regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring weight distribution and securing loads for transit.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and daily logs.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support staff.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
