Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for timely deliveries
- Plan and execute efficient routes across DC metro and Virginia
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips for safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Virginia or DC)
- 2+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills (GPS proficiency)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
