Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks/straight trucks) to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload merchandise using proper equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage route efficiency to maximize daily deliveries
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Georgia roads
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
