Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on scheduled routes across Nashville and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Handle and transport specialized freight with proper care and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Nashville metropolitan area roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends
